UI Size won't properly save

Ever since I went from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440, my UI size is defaulted to 130%

I changed it to 100% on the character I still play and it remembers it for my AT and Glad... but for some reason it always defaults back to 130% every time I log in to my Chanter.
Yes, I am making sure I hit Apply first...
Even if I don't log out and I am just switching between characters it will put my Chanter's UI back to 130%.

It is extremely annoying to have to reset my UI and adjust my Quickbars location every time I log in...

Has anyone else experienced this or know a solution?
