Login issue

Hello there,

since the last maintenance from today 21.10.2015, which ended like an hour ago at around 9am, im constantly getting
"You have been disconnected from the server"
after letting the game load, right before you usually would press "accept" to the terms of agreement.
I didnt change anything since the maintenance, my launcher says the game is up to date, so i have no idea what is going on. I am a player from Europe, Germany, maybe that has smth to do with it, because my friend, living in Poland, is experiencing the exact same as described above.
