Deavanion quest

Hi Admins and Programers:
[quest: 2988] "The Wise in Disguise" Starts the "Daevanion Quest".
[quest: 2989] "Ceremony of the Wise" follow it, and it's Ok, it can be done!
But for the following quest [quest: 2990] "Making the Daevanion Weapon" you need to put-on all the "light" daevanion armor set... so, you can do that building up another characters to lvl 30 and do the quest again; 4 times more... Did it! but it needs to be the same equip!, so you need to purchase or exchange the armor set in order to have the "same named" set in order to put it on, so yo can continue the quest to the end.
for that funcion exist the quest: [quest: 2993] "Another Beginning" (that can be done infinite times) to exchange them!! but I cannot find what NPC that has the quest!. Reading about that at the internet: Once you have done the [quest: 2989] on 5 characters, the [quest: 2993] unblock itself, so you can continue, but it doesn't!
another way to finnish the quest is purchasing the needed armor set at the NPC ID: 831341 "Novice Mentor" so you can complete the quest... but the NPC does not exist anymore...
