Already Migrated before but account gone

Okay tried reaching out to your support team but seems that is pointless you guys just gave me a generic response about migration.

Heres the thing I already migrated.

My login years ago was barracudastr for my master account.

I started playing wildstar. My master account for that was also the same as aion.

It then switched to my email.

When I clicked your migration email. It took me to the ncsoft webpage. I did not go through any steps to link an account.

I simply logged in with the email attached to the above named account and it logged me in. However my characters are all gone.

I checked with friends, my characters still exist in their friends lists, legion, and housing. And the names are not available at character creation.

SO with out feeding me the bs migration support copy paste crap you have been how about someone actually investigate as to why my characters aren't on my account anymore and why they still are in the game. Because if they were really deleted and my account wiped that wouldn't be the case.
