4.8 Well... so long to Magic resist sets

Yes this is a QQ thread, and rightfully so.

NCsoft in the head must be crazy taking three of the most OP classes in the game and breaking the nyerk out of them. I'm talking about songweavers, sins, and rangers.

Why is all I ask? In 4.0 They were smart to nerf SWs attack speed. and the class was still very strong. But ever since 4.5 they rolled back all of the gains. Now SWs are back to having attack speed MYTHICS, and attack speed gloves, and hell even an OP skill that gives them 20% attack speed on a too short cooldown.

I was hoping this genius company would come to their senses, realize that SWs should be reined in, but boy was I wrong. They crank the crazy stick past 11 by adding an attack speed DP skill that lasts FIVE MINUTES!!!! that also adds cast and run speed all of this on top of yet another animation speed buff. Why? Just why?. don't get me started on the fact that all of their skills are now insta cast. Or the new BS Magic accuracy buffs they now get if you consider that they can also lower your magic resist (its over four hundred). Whats the point of a magic resist set then when almost every class has skills to boost their magic acc by at least three hundred. SWs also have magic sup lowering skills and in 4.8 ALL OF THEIR SHIELDS BLOCK MAGIC as well as add pvp defence. And so on and so on...

I don't need to say anthing else Its obvious that this is the new hurp derp class since the gunner class is getting balanced. I'm already seeing more SWs then any other caster class.

On to rangers (the original 1212111 class) who became OP back in 3.5 when their rivers of tears suckered NCsoft into thinking that they needed magic accuracy buffs to hit MR clerics. This when the FEW good rangers were 100 to 0ing every class out there. But Ncan't see straight, fell for it and raised rangers magic acc to the point where a level 40 could sleep and silence a level 60 cleric in a MR set. And come 4.8 this class should never ever lose to a caster.

I honestly never had any respect for anyone rolling ether of the above classes. But a good sin earns his title. SO that's why it hurt me so much when I checked their forum and saw THIS.

Sins DO NOT need this kind of crutch to beat a cleric. Do you people even know why clerics or chanters use MR sets? its not to become unstoppable killing machines. But the opposite. Its to stop the killers. In group pvp a CCed cleric is useless cleric! In solo all this set does is help us RUN AWAY. Clerics can't fight back with just dots no magic acc or magic boost the ONLY casters without silence yet glads get a +1000 magic sup skill and Templars get a +1000 magic resist skill and instead of clerics. Please stop this joke.

LOL, this has to be a conspiracy. There's no way that a responsible company would throw balance out the window like this. Good sins already have nothing to fear from a block cleric as well as "good" geared rangers. And that set is supposed to counter them. Now clerics will be helpless against classes that they should soft counter.

They nerf magic resist and buff every classes magic acc. Open world or solo pvp is dead for clerics come 4.8. Leveling will be the only place to find magic boost clerics and MR clerics will be a free kill in GvG. Good game ncsoft, good game.
