Account Migration Not Working

So I recently tried to log in to an Account that I'll call Account B for the sake of this thread. I realized I had to migrate it, so I decided to log in to the site and do what needed to be done; log in to the account on the site and go through the migration process. However, when I try to log in, the site either ignores the log in and returns me to the home page, or claims that the account doesn't have any characters on it, which is completely false. Is there any way this can be fixed? I'd be more than happy to get in touch with a GM on this account, have them send an email to me at my backup address, and verify it so that Account B can be securely managed from my backup email address. The name of this backup address won't be put here in a public forum, ofc, but I'll tell it to the GM(s) if need be so they know where to send the email to. This is very important, and I'd like an answer as soon as possible. Thanks for reading.
