Game Unplayable: Lag, freezing, crashing

Since patch i can barely log in with out the game freezing and crashing.

Basic movement; running forward, jumping, switching to attack, randomly causes it to freeze for a moment. Using a skill causes it to freeze during the animation. If it has a cast time bar it tends to freeze around 90%.
Attacking a mob causes it to freeze. The screen will go black with a sword tool tip. When it unfreezes my character is dead so even the auto attack isn't working. I tested this on lower level non-agressive mobs.

Logging in to a populated area like a capital city or at the broker causes the client to freeze then crash. Screen goes white and says (Not Responding) at the top left of the window with a loading tooltip.

I cannot PVP. I cannot run instances. For all intents an purposes the game is, to me, unplayable.

I have tested my ping both in game and with ping test and it averages around 100.
