Disconnecting constantly after entering instances

hi..i had a problem....about accessing in INSTANCES like KAMAR/DREDGION and IRONWALL even at ARENA ( harmony and discipline)....
this the situation...I applied any instances that i said then the box POP...so i click enter afterwards the display appeared and it just stay as it is...and i wait a lot then i got disconnected..

Anyone knows how to fix this.....
I uninstalled any proxy that i have like RTL..but nothings happen...maybe at date and time...help me pls pls pls..
