issues logging in

Hello all,

I seem to be having a bit of a problem getting into my primary account. recently cox has cycled my ip address and this has left me unable to get access to my ncsoft account settings and worst of all left me unable to purchase ncoin. I can still log into my account in game via the usual log in methods but I no longer have access to the email I registered the account under due to it timing out from inactivity.

Is there some way I can have my current ip added to my access list for my account, get my new email added as a backup or otherwise regain proper access to my account? its nice to be able to play but I do miss being able to modify the account or post to the forums with my account.

I have had little help sending messages to ncsoft using the main site and I am running out of options. I cant get cox to change my ip back obviously but I need some help from someone who could help me migrate, merge or reset info on my main again. would have been nice if cox had warned me before rotating our number then I could have updated my account info prior to this collapsing in. if any admin could pm me where to start that would be awesome.
